My Personal Story:
I took the hard road to find physical therapy. In 2002, I fell down an elevator shaft while working as a carpenter, fracturing my pelvis, a lumbar vertebrae, and my wrist. I became depressed and overweight, and it would take me an hour to get out of bed in the morning.
I began physical rehabilitation and several months later, found myself to not only be pain free, but I never required surgery or any casting. I decided that this was my calling. I had to let people know there is hope. While medicine and surgery have their place, I truly believe most ailments can be managed through diet, lifestyle, and exercise.
I have a passion for getting my ideas out there via blogs, podcasts, personal appearances; anything to get the message across that movement is medicine.

You’ll notice in a lot of my messaging that I’m all about movement. I’ve found the traditional “just rest it” doesn’t get you much. I think humans are strong, resilient, and adaptable. That’s what it means to be Dynamic.
