• Lab testing at cost. No markup, ever. The comprehensive blood panel retails at $450. Members pay only what the lab charges.
• Interpretation always included. Every panel you order through the practice is interpreted at no charge (regularly $149 per analysis). You pay for the test, never for the reading.
• Member rate on visits. Functional medicine follow up visits are $199 for members, instead of $279.
• The Cultivating Resilience Crash Course, free. The full 18 day email course (a $25 value) is included as a thank you.

The math is simple
One follow up visit: $279. One comprehensive panel with markup: $450. One bloodwork analysis: $149. Membership, per month: $99. Most members cover their fee the first time they run labs.
How it works
1. Join online. Sign up through our secure patient portal. Your membership starts the day you join.
2. Order labs at cost. When it is time for bloodwork, you pay the lab cost and nothing more.
3. Get every result interpreted. Dr. Chris reviews and explains every panel, and adjusts your plan.
4. Stay in touch. Questions go through the portal between visits. When something needs a visit, you book at the member rate.

Questions
Is this insurance? No. The membership is not insurance and does not replace your primary care physician or emergency care.
What does "labs at cost" mean? You pay exactly what the lab charges for your tests, with no markup added by our office. Interpretation of those results by Dr. Chris is included at no charge.
Is the panel itself free? No. Testing is at cost, not free. What is always free for members is the interpretation.
What is the commitment? 12 months to start, because lab trends and real change take time. After that it is month to month and you can cancel with 30 days notice.
Why only 25 founding members? Because the access is to Dr. Chris personally. Founding members lock the $99 rate for as long as they stay members.
What if I need a visit? Book a follow up at the member rate, $199 instead of $279.
I have never been a patient. Can I join? Join, and if a full program is the better first step for you, we will tell you honestly and point you to the right starting place.
