No. Members pay the actual lab cost, without office markup. Interpretation of panels ordered through the practice is included.
What is the membership commitment?
The initial commitment is 12 months. After that, membership continues month to month and can be canceled with 30 days' notice.
Can I contact Dr. Chris between visits?
Yes. Members can send questions through the patient portal. Messages are answered within two business days.
Are follow-up appointments included?
Follow-up appointments are not included in the monthly fee. Members pay $199 per functional medicine follow-up visit, compared with the regular $279 rate.
Can I join if I'm a new patient?
Yes. However, if you need a comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan, we may recommend starting with one of our functional medicine programs.
Does this replace health insurance?
No. Membership is not health insurance and does not replace primary care, specialist care, or emergency services.
What is special about founding membership?
