Here is what you get:

  • 2 VIDEOS ON PRINCIPLES OF ELBOW PAIN

    • Learn the I3 model in understanding injury, and a straight forward methodology to address it.

  • 4 VIDEOS ON DESENSITIZATION TECHNIQUES

    • Desensitization is used to cool down the symptoms. This includes self-administered techniques such as voodoo floss, self myofascial release, cupping, and scraping. All are viable options to reduce pain.

  • 8 VIDEOS ON EXERCISES

    • When pain is reduced, you have to load it with gentle exercise. These videos will show you how to get back to what you love. Included is also exercises to restore range of motion.

WRIST EXTENSION MOBILIZATION

This is a great way to mobilize the wrist to restore range of motion.

Here are a few answers to our most common questions

1. Who is this program for? 

  • Is this for golfer's elbow or tennis elbow?

    Both. They both happen for more or less the same reason. As long as you can identify what is missing, you should be able to address either or. 

  • Do I need to stop playing my sport?

    It depends on severity and chronicity. If the pain just started, you will probably not need to stop. However, if has been going on for months and the pain is intense, it's recommended to reduce or stop your sport temporarily until you are out of pain. 

2. What about physical therapy? 

  • Can I do this instead of physical therapy?

    This is not meant to replace physical therapy, but it can certainly supplement it. We recommend trying this program for a few weeks, if it is not helping, you may have to get a proper evaluation as there can be other issues that mimic elbow pain such as a pathology from the neck. 

  • I have tendonitis, can this program help?

    Absolutely. Golfer's elbow and tennis elbow are tendonitis. Most reasons for tendonitis have to do with overuse. Lack of mobility and strength allow for a tendon to be overused faster. This program will restore your natural range of motion and strength which resolves overuse issues.
